What exactly is missing? Step 4 should be sufficient.
Under “Set up eSIM” in step 1. there is no eSim management
Did you follow the step On the touchscreen, go to Cellular -> SIM Card Switch , toggle the switch to enable eSIM .?
What I have noticed is that if I connect to the Mudi 7’s admin interface using my iPhone, I find all the options and menu entries mentioned in the instructions to complete the steps for adding an eSIM. If I connect to the admin interface on my iPad, the options are not there. I have not tried connecting with my laptop yet but I expect the same behavior.
Be away, I still have issues with my eSIM. I added an eSIM with my US Mobile carrier and even though it looks like the eSIM installed correctly and I seem to be connected to the internet according to the admin Internet page, I still get no data coming from the internet. I’m switching to a physical SIM when it gets here in the morning to see if that helps. I’m not sure if this is a carrier issue or an Mudi 7 issue.

After a full reset the options appeared, however from turning on the eSIM support to being able to enter details there is a significant delay, so much so I was concerned that the options was still not appearing on the web interface.
I can see no way of deleting a profile.
Hi
In the Admin Panel → Internet → eSIM Management, you can disable and then delete any manually added eSIM profiles:
Please note that the default pre-installed profile cannot be deleted.
Hi
Could you please clarify or provide the following so we can better understand the issue?
Regarding this issue, could you please follow the guide and share your device with us via GoodCloud so we can check it remotely?
Kindly note to send us the MAC address and the router password via private message so we can access it
Sorry for taking so long to reply but my Mudi 7 was having a lot of inexplicable problems. I won’t go into them because I finally broke down today and did a factory reset of the device. After doing that and spending a couple of hours at work setting things up the way I wanted them again, I’ve found that all the issues I had were completely resolved, including how the admin web page would come up differently on my ipad than on my phone. That issue is no longer happening so I withdraw the comment.
I’m not sure why my Mudi 7 came so messed up in the first place though but all looks well now.

Thank you for the update.
This is a bit unusual, because the factory configuration should normally be no different from the state after a factory reset.
We will continue monitoring and collecting cases to see whether other users encounter similar issues, and if the problem can be confirmed, we will further investigate and work on a fix.
In any case, we’re glad to know the device is working properly after the reset.
