`rmnet_data0` and `rmnet_data1` are cellular modem interfaces, so please do not delete or rename them.

First disconnect Surfshark and verify that internet access works on Vodafone and EE separately. If both work without the VPN, please share the MUDI 7 firmware version, whether you imported a Surfshark OpenVPN or WireGuard configuration, and the exact conflict message or a screenshot with sensitive information redacted. This will show whether the failure is in the cellular connection, VPN configuration, or routing policy.

Network connect with no issue on their own.
Soon as I'm trying to connect VPN tunnel its coming as an error.
Surfshark Wire guard has been added by logging in to my email and password account.

If the error shown is **“get third-party provider token fail”** or **“Network may be abnormal,”** the router is failing to obtain the Surfshark configuration rather than conflicting with `rmnet_data0/1`.

1. Go to **Network → DNS** , select **Manual DNS** , set `8.8.8.8`, and apply the change.
2. Restart the router, then sign in to Surfshark again.
3. If it still fails, try **Encrypted DNS** or temporarily use a phone hotspot as the MUDI 7’s Internet source. If login works over the hotspot, the issue is specific to the cellular path or its DNS.
4. If Surfshark two-factor authentication is enabled, temporarily disable it and retry.

If none of these works, please provide the MUDI 7 firmware version and type out the exact error shown in the screenshot. Do not post your Surfshark credentials.

Router software version is newest available - v4.0
Same thing with mobile connection over my phone - both networks.
Error:
Tunnel 1 IP Address (10.14.0.2/8) conflicts with the rmnet\_data0.

Problem has been solved by downgrading software to first available version. All connecting as it should.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.
This is a known issue, and we have already forwarded the reports to the relevant team for further investigation.

As a temporary workaround, you can try changing the subnet prefix in your Surfshark WireGuard configuration from `/8` to `/16`.
Please refer to the following post for detailed instructions:

> [@Flint 2 Beta version 4.11.0 Surf Shark issue](https://forum.gl-inet.com/t/flint-2-beta-version-4-11-0-surf-shark-issue/71351/5):

> Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We have received similar reports and have forwarded this issue to the relevant team for further investigation. As a temporary workaround, you can create a new WireGuard configuration based on your current Surfshark profile: Open the current Surfshark WireGuard configuration and copy all of its contents. Create a new .txt file on your computer and paste the configuration into it. Find the Address line under [Interface], for example: Address = 10.14.…

Thank you again for your feedback and support.
