Dear GL.iNet Support Team,
I am experiencing persistent network dropouts on my Mudi V2 (GL-E750V2) when using a physical EIOT Club eSIM.
The issue presents as follows:
-
The router initially connects to the mobile network successfully.
-
After some time, the connection drops and shows “No Network”, with an exclamation mark (!) next to the signal indicator.
-
This occurs repeatedly and makes the connection unreliable.
Important comparison:
-
When I use a local physical SIM card from the same location, the connection is stable with no dropouts.
-
This suggests the hardware and cellular signal itself are not the issue.
Additional details:
-
The router is running the latest firmware.
-
APN settings have been checked and configured correctly.
-
The issue only occurs with the physical EIOT Club eSIM, not standard SIM cards.
I would like to ask:
-
Is this a known issue with physical eSIMs on the Mudi V2?
-
Are there any recommended settings, modem tweaks, or workarounds (e.g. network mode, roaming settings, band locking)?
-
Would you recommend a specific firmware version or modem configuration for improved eSIM stability?
Any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support.
