My Mudi v2 esim menu is gone and the esim is inserted, was working today since i just received it and i installed a new esim to test the functionality.
please advice.
Did you power cycle the device already?
Yes I did restart few times and I did try to deactivate 4g and use it as extender thinking maybe was not showing because eSIM was in use.
To be sure I reset the firmware and restart and same behavior, in the application I cannot see the eSIM management. Any idea? Can the eSIM app be reinstalled or something ?
