Hi All. I have the latest firmware, this is my first time using this device and i keep getting this error. I have tried several sim cards that I know work and I have used in mudi v1 and for some reason I can not get it to work. I have tried changing imei and updating or downgrading the firmware and still the same.
What could be the issue?

If you put this (these) SIM card on the phone, will it work and connect to the Internet?
If it works on the phone, please check whether APN is activated; the APN information of the SIM card needs to be filled to Mudi v2 in GL GUI > Internet > Cellular Modem > Manual Setup

Yes the do work. I have other mifi devices that I have used these sims on. I have a mudi v1 and works in there.
I even changed the imei to see if that is the issue and it does not seem to be. The device is brand new and this is my first time using the v2 and there seems to be an issue.
I have checked online and this seems to be a ongoing issue.

I have used these sim cards on Another mudi that I had and never had any issues. I purchased v2 and I have not been able to get the sim card to work.

If yes, this modem is not working in Iran due to the modem limitation.
What are the limitations?. I used mudi 1 without any issues. It can not be the imei as that is changable, so what are the limitations?
Hi @ofat, sorry it is the hardware limitation of the modem module. The cellular network functionality is not available in some areas, such as Iran.
