My 14 month old Spitz GL-X3000 won't boot up..😢

I have an GL-X3000 that was working fine we’re in the UK and we've been very happy with it until now using a EE unlimited SIM, sadly it now no longer boots up, the power LED comes on and it just sits there doing nothing else…I've done a reset on the firmware to factory settings and I'm holding down the reset button for over 20 seconds but that does nothing, been trying all day, any help would really be appreciated…it's really very annoying as it's only 14 months old ……I've had this happen twice before, once six months ago and again yesterday morning but on both occasions I've reset it and it's started working immediately, but now nothing….

Anyone any idea what's happened here…? And how to fix it and get back online ? Major downside is my other half is studying at university and needs internet urgently…

Many Thanks in advance….

Please try to debrick it using this manual: What should I do if my router is bricked - GL.iNet Router Docs 4

Thanks, now I've another problem I now can't open 192.168.8.1 anymore to access my routers details……I can I attempt to fix it if I can't open 192.168.8.1…..? Thanks…

Please check what IP your client is using right now and verify that you are allowed to access the UI. This isn't possible via guest Wi-Fi for example.

There's no response from my router. I've tried both ports and two different cables, and two different addresses. I've reset it, and followed the forums instructions, but it's 100% dead., very disippointing as its just 14 months old…..

Please contact support@gl-inet.com including your router's serial number and your confirmation of purchase. I think they will be able to assist you there :seal:
