My devices disappeared from Goodcloud

I had two devices yesterday. I tried to add a third. There was no way it would accept the numbers even though they were correct. Using the web page on a local computer connected to the device couldn’t find it either. I gave up and figured I would try it another time.

This morning, when I logged into Goodcloud, there were NO devices listed. Of the two that were there, one is local to me so I can easily add it back. The other device is on the other side of the country so there is no way I can add it back.

How can I recapture the devices that were already in the account and have subsequently disappeared?


Try to switch you area, maybe you use the wrong area.The device data is independent for each server.
