My remote flint dropped off goodcloud

I have a remote router based in the US.

It started showing as down on the 13th. It’s located at a non technical friends house.

Is there anything I can try remotely to troubleshoot this?

I do have the hostname, it’s not responding to ICMP ping.



I should add that my friend is telling me that the flint router is up and they are using it for their Wi-Fi internet access…

Urgh…I spoke to my remote friend, I think they reset the flint and it has put itself back to the default settings….I’m going to try and walk them through reconfiguring it.
