The detection mode was set on strict & high sensitivity. I switched to normal & high sensitivity and it detected working internet. Not sure if that's the fix. Maybe detection function was buggy since it has been working fine on strict + high sensitivity.

Surely you need a google account to download an android app on to your phone just like you will need an apple account to use testflight.

That's what Google try to make you think/do but there are workarounds.
I use Aurora Store.
My phone is fully functional without any Google account, no Play Store, no Gmail, no Google phone app, no G messaging app etc....
P.S. Easy fix would be to make the app. available on the GL website.

Ok so latest snapshot 2025-05-19 for Flint 2 (MT6000) is not routing IPv6 anymore over the VPN.
My VPN goes to a server I own and I can see ping packets is coming from the GUA of the client device within the MT6000's LAN.

Is the double vpn / dual tunnel implemented?
like this: PC --> ovpn (or wg) server 1 --> ovpn (or wg) server 2 --> internet

How do you expect the router to broker the second VPN connection, once traffic has left your router it has no control of the traffic. I don't see this ever getting implemented and am surprised GL.inet staff noted down your request.

Obviously, this requires the support of a VPN server. But many VPN providers offer this service.

You can find the apk package on the GL.iNet website.

However, our current policy is not to provide beta versions on the official website.
The beta version may have more bugs and need to be updated manually. It would be very troublesome for users to download it by mistake, and we can't ask users to return it by withdrawing the beta like we can in the app shop.

Can you please provide a changelog? Doesn’t make much sense to provide beta versions without knowing what has been fixed, implemented and what to test.
