No Internet Connectivity on MT-2500A Brume2 using Double NAT Setup

I have a MT-2500A Brume2 connected to my ISP router via the WAN port as follows:

[ISP] ---> [WAN | ISP Router (192.168.1.1) | LAN] ----> [WAN (192.168.1.254) | Brume2 (10.168.0.1) | LAN] ---> [(10.168.0.2) Computer]

Any websites I try to access says network refused. nslookup google.com and ping google.com works correctly, but when I visit google.com in the browser, it refuses to connect

If I connect my computer directly to the ISP Router, I can access google.com in the browser without any issues

If I remove the ISP Router, and connect the Brume2 directly to the ISP via WAN port, I can access google.com in the browser without any issues as well

Any suggestions why it doesn’t work when I connect the MT-2500A Brume2 to my ISP router via the WAN port? I would like to get this layout working

The browser will, most likely, try to use encrypted DNS - which might be blocked by upper routers. Or your Brume2 itself. Depending on your config.

Try it with disabled encrypted DNS.

My computer browser secure DNS setting:

Neither the Brume2 or my computer is using encrypted DNS
