Open vpn

I cannot connect my Ax 3000 as an open vpn.

I have a flint 2 and no problems but same setup on the mt 3000 and it won’t work.

Connects with wire guard fine but does not want to connect to open.

Help please

Hi,

  1. Please try to manual modify the DNS to 8.8.8.8 in GL GUI > Network > DNS.
  2. Please try to reset the firmware.

If no luck, please share the MT3000 with us through GoodCloud, we would like to remote check.

Please PM me your router MAC address and Admin Panel Password.

Version 8.4.1 is broken I down graded software and product works as it should. This is a software issue.

Hi,

I did not reproduce to your issue locally, the MT3000 OpenVPN client connection is fine, tested on firmware v4.8.1 stable and v4.8.3 snapshot:

Please let me know your VPN provider, or please share your MT3000 router with us through the GoodCloud, and PM me the router MAC address and Admin Panel Password.
