OpenVpn Server in Gl-Inet cannot connect from another machine

I am using astro relay with gl-inet mt-1300

when i installed agent and use logread i get following error ,
Invalid security key length

Seems this has no relation with openvpn.

The ARC just cannot connect to the server. It seems that you haven’t configure the arc correctly because it saids invalid key.

Pls follow the guide that is generated from the astrorelay.com web portal.
