Order of preference for internet connection

I have an GL-MT300N-V2 connected to both my home and office Wifi with a backup 4G dongle. I’d like to configure it in such a way that whenever either of the WiFi connections are nearby/detected the router connects and only switches to 4G while I’m in transit between the two.

Is this configurable or done automatically?

By default, the priority is cable->repeater->tethering->modem.
If cable does not have access to the Internet, it will automatically switch to a low-priority path.
