HI i have reset the device for at least 4 times and all dont work with the password i set. I can tell you the password i set is 100% the password i put and still not working. I even put goodlife as a password to try it and doesnt work. when i reset it i can login once and then nothing

If you reset, then the password is indeed “goodlife”
Try upgrading the firmware or reflashing without reserving settings.

Do you mean password for web UI or for wifi?

Seems you mean for the UI. Can you pls check your browser? Don’t use IE.

Hi its the web UI. chrome does not work and edge does, is there a fix for that
