I don’t understand how to do these steps. It is possible through Luci?
Update: I think I've found a way to actually pin the IP address to the Mac address on the Gl.Inet interface. First, disconnect the IP address reserved for the device you want to wake up in the proprietary interface, if there is one. Then, from the Luci interface, create the first association between the IP and MAC address with "ip neighbor add 192.168.x.x lladdr XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX nud permanent dev br-lan". Then, install the arpbind app to re-pair. Finally, go back to the proprietary system and re-bind the chosen IP to the MAC address (I also blocked it, but it disappeared after rebooting).
You have to do it in the right order, otherwise something will get messed up between the two interfaces, which evidently conflict from time to time.
