Powering with USB

Got a MT-300N v2 yesterday and the only problem I’m having is powering it. I tried an iphone adapter overnight and it was dead by morning. Tried another brand and power was up and down. Can anyone suggest a fix? I have an old flipphone power cord with mini USB that puts out a slightly higher wattage, can that be used?

Can you try a better power adapter? Good quality 5V1A adapter should works good. I have one for iPhone and it is OK. Otherwise, please try a 5V2A adapter. Current itself is not the problem. But if current is higher, bad quality adapter will have voltage drop, which cause the router not stable or reboot.

I did swap to another Apple adapter last evening and the router is still powered this morning.
