Problems with the Mini PCIe have MiFi Engineering Board V1

Good afternoon
we razarabatyvaem project and purchased a test board
MiFi Engineering Board V1
and
Modems Quectel EC20-E 4G LTE Mini PCIe module
found out the following problems.
Modem via Mini PCIe connector does not respond to AT command through putty terminal

balance inquiry sim card
root @ domino: ~ # echo -e "AT + CUSD = 1, " * 100 #, \ “15 \ r”> / dev / ttyUSB2

response from the modem
root @ domino: ~ # cat / dev / ttyUSB2
AT + CUSD = 1 “* # 100”, 15
ERROR

AT + CUSD =
ERROR

at the same time if you use an adapter Mini PCIe module & USB modem is working properly, all the AT command are executed and the answers obtained.

There is an assumption that does not give hardware connector Mini PCIe module, the right to take / give AT command.

выяснились следующие проблемы.
Модем через разъём Mini PCIe не реагирует на AT command через терминал putty

запрос баланса сим карты
root@domino:~# echo -e “AT+CUSD=1,"*100#",15\r” > /dev/ttyUSB2

ответ от модема
root@domino:~# cat /dev/ttyUSB2
AT+CUSD=1,“*100#”,15
ERROR

AT+CUSD=
ERROR

при этом если использовать переходник Mini PCIe module & USB модем работает нормально, все AT command выполняются и ответы получаются.

Есть предположение, что не дает аппаратная часть разъёма Mini PCIe module, правильно принимать/отдавать AT command.

Что подскажите?

Seems the contact of the sim card is not good. Can you change to another card and test? Handle with care, don’t force.

If you have problems, power it off then power it on again. Don’t just reboot.

Sim the card works, the Internet is! Problemma in impossibility to make the USSD request of balance which is requested by means of AT command! When using the modem out of MiFi Engineering Board V1 it works normally

Сим карта работает, интернет есть! Проблемма именно в невозможности сделать USSD запрос баланса, который запрашивается посредством AT command! При использовании модема вне MiFi Engineering Board V1 он работает нормально.

I mean, you said that the SIM card is working. But you cannot use one of the AT command.

Just to make sure the SIM card is working, please try to execute “comgt” when you ssh to the board, and give me the output.
