I would like to know if it is possible to change the modem’s internal wifi antenna to have access to 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.

That router is only 2.4Ghz.

XE300 is WIFI Router + 4G Modem structure, only supports 2.4GHz WIFI, no 5GHz WIFI.
