Just purchased Pulli AX Router and a Free (France) sim card. Booted the touter put sim in but have zero bars. The sim instructions mentioned putting in the pin but where do I.put it? Do I need to download something from gi-net and put the code there or should I just insert the sim into my pjone and put the pin in?
This probably seems a silly question to you tech guys but at our age (seniors) it all sounds complicated. Have taken the unit to a village wiyh a Free 5G mast but still no bars, which suggests that there
is a problem with the sim?
The PIN code is usually set by yourself. Has this SIM card been used on other devices and written into the PIN code?
If the SIM card is used on the phone, can it be available to Internet without a PIN code?
If you don't know what the PIN code is, do you know the PUK code?
If you don't know the PUK and PIN code, please contact the operator of this SIM card and ask them how to unlock the SIM card.
