Does anyone experience issues with WiFi clients disconnecting when using this option?
It’s on by default and eventually I turned it off on my Flint 2 and things got better with less disconnects.
I have it disabled on my Flint 4 aswell.
Never had this client connection problem on my Flint 3 with randomized BSSID (always left it on), however I did turn on MAC randomization on my router’s WAN once and my ISP blocked/invalidated my PPPoE credentials within a few hours. Their first line wasn’t sure what happened, but pretty sure some ISP’s bind PPPoE to the WAN MAC address for security reasons. Never read other users having this same experience, so might just have been bad luck or a quirk in my ISP’s setup.

Could you please let us know the complete firmware version currently running on your Flint 2?
Could you also describe the Wi-Fi setup when the issue occurs, including which Wi-Fi band is being used and which client device(s) are experiencing the disconnections?
If the issue happens again, could you please note the approximate time when the disconnection occurs and export the system log covering that period?
