You can change the device name on both the phone and the computer. For mobile phones, turn off randomising the MAC address to ensure the device reads the correct device name.
4.x firmware supports changing the MAC equivalent on the router, but it is not yet available in a stable version for SFT1200.

Which process are you referring to? Change of device name or router firmware upgrade?

If you want to modify it on the App, please manually upgrade to the 4.x firmware first.

I am not sure if there is a solution and may have to wait for a new firmware release to fix it.
I solved it, it was a driver problem, I updated to 4.2 and it was solved.
