I have an isp router huawei hg659 with halo h30g mesh network. I want to replace the router with my gl-2500a/wireguard connected to fttp internet. What wan settings will I need to connect to the halo30g and switch?

You can check with your ISP operator to see if customer can replace the HG659 with another brand of router.
If yes, continue to check with your ISP, what WAN connect method is the required, PPPoE? DHCP+VLAN?
Please refer to this docs and configure the WAN (Ethernet), then replace HG659 with MT25000, and connect the Halo and switch to the MT2500 LAN port.
