Hmmm please ensure the dns has been set to the dns of the cruiseship.
I checked it, it looks that site you posted is referencing a local ip.
Yes its intranet. I know i can log in on the phone no issue get redirected. Enter credentials and set hotspot all works.
On opal it gets same dns same subnet. But captive wont open.
Did tracert and ping same ip.
