Router setup with linux Mint

Hello to all-- Up till now I have used a Win10 machine to setup and configure my routers. Is there anything I need to be aware of when I use my Linux Mint 19.4 machine to do the same thing? Do I need to shut off wireless before I start? Thanks to all

Few users set it up on Linux, but the setup process is the same.

You can configure your gl router p.e. by your browser. The IP adress should be like 192.168.8.1 or like this. You should find the adress on backsite of router or an manual.
