S2S on GoodCloud is not displayed

I was using "Site ti Site" on GoodCloud, but I confirmed yesterday that it was not working.
Because of this, when I checked the cloud screen of "GoodColud", the group I set for "Site to Site" was not visible.
When I tried to set up s2s again, the settings had disappeared, so I could not change the settings or stop the operation.
Even if I tried to create a new "Site to Site" group, it was not displayed in the device list, so I could not create a new group.

Do you know how to solve the "Site to Site" problem?
