Setting home VPN Mango into ethernet switch

hi,
I found an old mango, i would like to repurpose.
Im wondering if the this set up would work?
Current router-----> mango on wireguard----> into unmanaged switch 8 port switch.

I have cat5 ethernet in bedrooms bar one ,which will have Ethernet over power.

This will mostly be used to watch geoblocked TV.

I cannot see there is a reason not work.
