Setting up a second network

Hi I have a Netgear c6300 modem router I purchased an s1300 and two b1300 with the idea of setting a second network as a mesh network I have it set up via wan and I can see the address on my Netgear actually I see two addresses concecutive for the b1300 one of them as local host but I can’t seem to get into the configuration. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Do you need to set B1300 through WAN port?
