This came to mind, can we have WireGuard VPN from Google cloud or Amazon on AXT1800 router? This is good because we can our own VPN that can be fast and hard to be blocked.

If you are meaning create your own Wireguard server in the cloud like this?
Then yes that works fine. Your AXT1800 would just need to have the Wireguard client configuration loaded to it.
