Hello! I'm experiencing loud static whenever sounds are being played through the KVM device through a browser. This static appears when being accessed from both another PC and an iphone, so I'm fairly confident its not a browser issue. Are there any settings on the GL-RM1 I can tweak to ensure the sound is played back from the host computer cleanly? I've attached log files for reference.

Hi, Could you please send a record of the static sound you met for analysis.
By the way, if you are using the microphone while performing other functions that occupy USB bandwidth, such as virtualizing a USB drive on the controlled computer and transferring files to it, this may cause some noise interference.
Hi! Absolutely - here is a quick OBS capture from my computer of the sound output from the controlled device

Good question - I'm not using any other sort of USB virtualizing on the controlled computer, I'm not doing any file transfers or other usb virtualization
Another data point - I have a second Comet KVM - I've swapped to that and the sound is completely fine, so I suspect its some setting/issue within the first KVM itself, and not with the laptop or HDMI cable
So no cable issue ,no controlled pc issue . I have no idea what the problem is .Can you reset the problematic device?
Already done several times. No change, unfortunately.
