Sim card not registered - In Singapore (Starhub and Singtel)


I bought a GL E750C4 about 2 months ago directly from you online, and so far I had connected it through WAN, but now that I tested it with a sim it says “SIM card not registered”. I’ve tried two sims from 2 different major providers (Starhub and Singtel, in Singapore) and none work.

Both sims work without issues on my Samsung phone, i.e. I can browse pages.

Can you guide me on how I can troubleshoot? you can get technical with me if needed.

confirm that you selected the EP06-E 4G module?

First need to make sure you get the correct version.

Then, do you have a pin for your SIM card? You may just try to connect and check it will connect.
