Sim Card not registered on Spitz AX 3000

I'm on Digicel network in Guyana.
My Spitz AX report the sim card is not registered.
I have Little or no internet access.
Can any offer a solution to this problem?

Hi,
I had the same problem with a SIM (multisim), turned out that my provider (Telekom Hungary) restrict the usage only to in a smartphone/tablet/laptop. So I have changed the TTL to 65 and changed the IMEI to a 5G capable phone, then all started to work. Maybe this will help you as well.

  1. Does this SIM card work fine on the phone?

  2. If it needs the APN, please fill in the APN in X3000.

Good morning.
Sorry for not communicating earlier.
After communicating with Digicel Tech Support it was discovered that the problem was at their end, relating to weak signal.
The problem went away after rebooting the router.
Thanks to those who tried to help.
