Your M3 MacBook Pro is compatible with WPA3 and 6GHz, I presume your phone as well. You might need to re-authenticate to the WiFi if you’re trying to reuse the same SSID and password from your old router (that was previously wpa2).. maybe the devices don’t like that the encryption is changing from wpa2 to wpa3?
