I wonder this to not about being abandoned perse.

But I also noticed no new ax1800 builds on the newer axt1800 github releases page.

Is something preventing the compillation of ax1800?

Exactly,… nothing new is coming out of Github for Flint users and it seems like feature requests are being liked but “ignored” for old devices eventually and only considered or possibly implemented for New devices

Slate AX 4.1.0 beta 3 is such a step forward in terms of usability and configurability. I am truly amazed at the development here.
