Slate AX LED flashes

My slate AX LED flashes and I cannot access to internet, reset it for several times and still not working. What can I do?

I have the .tar file before I reset it, will it be useful?

The flashing LED means that you do not have “internet” connection
Are you able to connect to the Slate’s Admin console/UI ? and then check the status ?
Most likely you are not connected to any WiFi.
