I tried to reproduce on my router but no issue, the speed is normal.
(The RX/TX statistics of Luci seems not correct, but can be ignored)
Do you need to manually create a new network interface (bridge) and bind the (existing or new) WiFi radio?
If yes, please refer to this thread POINT 3, it will add an iot bridge (interface), respectively add 2.4GHz and 5GHz radio to bind the iot interface:
