Is there a software flow offloading option on the GL-AX1800 (Flint)? If so how could I go about turning it on?

What do you mean by “software flow offloading”? There is NAT offload, “/etc/init.d/qca-nss-ecm start” which is enabled by default.

Yes, the GL-AX1800 (Flint) does have a software flow offloading option. To turn it on, you’ll first want to make sure you have the latest firmware version installed on your device.

Been updating to the latest version 4.2.3 but can’t find the option to select for the flow offloading in the advnced Firewall setting

4.x firmware doesn’t have kmod-ipt-offload so the flow offloading is not available. This is due to its use of 4.4.60 kernel.
Older 3.x firmware has qca-nss-ecm similar to flow offloading.
Without offloading, the NAT throughput is still 1000Mpbs level.
