Do these Router have wizard settings? (my isp uses PPPoE/PPPoA) -

Does this Router have a place in setting to set up a username and password of isp PPPoE/PPPoA??

Can i set TOR vpn in this router setting and share vpn with wifi?
(how? Are there TOR vpn config on the google? What is the format of the TOR vpn configs?)

i live in iran - Will this router be shipped to Iran?

in iran 19.99$ is very very expensive - Is there a way to get a
discount? (for example 10 -12 $)
