Difficult is how physically connecting to box and what do I do when I have connection? Kermit is not magical fix, only serial interface software. I must do some things in serial interface. What things must I do?

You open the case and you will see the pins

On the pins there are marks of GND, TX, RX. You should connect them to your USB UART.

No it did not. The guide only describes how to connect. It does not describes what to type to fix uboot. There is nothing about how to use uart connection, just only how to make connection. Please read guide and you will see this: https://docs.gl-inet.com/en/3/dev/serial/

There is a page that come next and this page talks about uboot but the problem is that there is no uboot. If uboot could exist, I do not need UART. You can tell me TFTP settings and I can TFTP.

What is needed is exact steps.

As I said seems that your uboot is bricked, which mean you may not fix it by yourself. If you want to try you can go as I said. But if you do not want to trouble this, generally I will just ask you to return and refund.

If uboot is bricked, the only way is to desolder the flash, then program it using a flash programmer.

You misunderstood me. TX and RX is for UART, not for flash pins.

Sorry I cannot provide more support to desolder and flash using flash programmer. I don’t do that myself.

Well okay, maybe you can ask the engineer for pinout for Winbond (I think is 250128/5q ?) and also please ask if they have experience using flashrom for this.
