I upgraded my cellular antennas with the waveform Quad mini on the spitz ax. Was wondering if it's worth upgrading the Spitz Ax wifi Antennas. What are the specs on the spitz factory antennas?
Not so recommand, as a higher gain antenna may exceed the max transmission power limitation of the local regulations.
The gain of the spitz factory Wi-Fi antenna is 2.5dbi for your reference.

Hypothetically, if it didn't exceed the max power limits of local regulations. Would it work provided it supports wifi 6 and the 2.4/5ghz band? Or cause any damage to the Spitz Ax?

Yes, it shall work.
Make sure the antenna connector is RP-SMA.
It shall not damage the Spitz AX, as the Wi-Fi antenna is passive.
