i've had a spitz ax running since mid december (bought it on black friday) and it has been flawless with my t-mobile sim...until today (or at least today is the first day i've noticed it). suddenly, i can't receive SMS. i can send them, but nothing is received...no short codes, no responses from my other lines...nothing.
last text i have in the inbox on the router is 1/14, so it was working at least until about a week ago. the only thing that has changed is that i moved it into a different location in the house and then back again, but service was fine at both spots (speeds 300+ mbps in both spots). the other thing that could have caused it is that i was playing around with limiting it to LTE bands to test something, but now i'm back on 5G SA and nothing (no SMS received on LTE either, if that matters).
any ideas? this is a pretty big problem, as the line i've got in the spitz at the moment needs to be able to receive 2FA codes at the very least (which was working fine until this recent issue started)...
