Spitz AX / GL-X3000 cellar setup will lost setting when power off

I have updated the firmware to Version: 4.3.1. After I manually setup the celluar setting for TTL and VPN…, and toggled the Save Settings to on.

Once I reboot or power off the routers, then next time when power up, it will lose the settings. And I cannot find the saved settings.

The application logic here is somewhat unfriendly. We are optimizing.
