Hi - I have a Spitz AX that has been working fine with a UK EE simcard and now we are travelling in Europe with an o2 5G simcard that has roaming enabled.
I have set the o2 simcard to use the o2 APN details and it will find a local carrier and connect (including internet), but then I constantly get these errors repeating in the log and then the modem goes offline and I have to reboot the router to get it back online. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi,
May I confirm the modem returned to works (Internet access) after you restart/reboot?
But from time to time (irregular time) appear some issue log and the modem is offline?
Need to more detail to learn about this issue. Did you move it from place to another place? Or probably something you did?

We are currently in Italy and the router has worked perfectly on the Iliad network and 5G NSA, but today we are going to Switzerland and then in a few days on to Germany where we were experiencing problems so will see what happens now. We have done the update.

After updating the firmware, the issue was fixed in Italy, but did it reappear in Germany?
Looks like an issue with inaccurate apn Settings
If it's convenient, can I check it remotely?

I've had the same problem since the beginning, I have an O2 Germany SIM card and the modem keeps going offline (Spain/Italy)! I've been in contact with lizh again and again, but the problem hasn't really been solved... I've done all the updates etc.!

What phenomenon?
Can you describe it in detail?
lizh is too busy, it doesn't have time to deal with forum issues, sorry

I guess @XXXLA will cry in pain and anger now, since she described the issues pretty often to support and different GL staffs. It's a long odyssey for nearly half a year.
If I remember right, the modem just goes offline until you restart the device. And sometimes it does not connect at all.
I will discuss it with her to get the newest information and will create a "bug" report for it then, @ywp
