Spitz X3000 - UART Serial Repair

Having a bit of fun trying to revive my bricked Spitz  :

The router seems to have a functioning Uboot (can get to 192.168.1.1), but flashing anything through the GUI fails.
So. had a go at the UART serial route…… tried to load and flash the firmware via tftp - firmware uploaded fine but the flash failed (see screenshot).

To me it looks the like the (firmware) partition is corrupted - any suggestions? Can this partition be erased and re-written, formated…?

Hello,

It seems the partition is corrupted.

Is this router never been installed other firmware (like vanilla)?
Was it suddenly bricked?

If so, please contact our support team via email cs@gl-inet.com

Can this partition be formated / re-written?

In PM discussing.

Any update on this? My x3000 was bricked due issue with firmware shipped on the device. GUI firmware update not working.

Hello,

Please do not disassemble the casing!
