SpitzV2 on Amazon says ATT certified, but IMEI only works on TMobile

Just bought a Spitz X750V2 from GL-Inet’s Amazon store and the IMEI is only recognized by TMobile.

Bought this unit:
AmazonSmile: GL-X750V2 (Spitz) AT&T Certified, 4G LTE OpenWrt VPN Router, 128GB Max MicroSD, TMobile & ATT(EC25-AFFA Module Installed), AC750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi, IoT Gateway, VPN Client and Server (x750v2): Electronics

Described as: AmazonSmile: GL-X750V2 (Spitz) AT&T Certified, 4G LTE OpenWrt VPN Router, 128GB Max MicroSD, TMobile & ATT(EC25-AFFA Module Installed), AC750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi, IoT Gateway, VPN Client and Server (x750v2): Electronics

The IMEI isn’t recognized by ATT.

Do I have to do something with it to get it work with ATT?

I will reply your email as you send an email at the same time. It should work.

I was able to determine the issue.

Cricket has eliminated compatibility with most devices, including the SpitzV2.

They apparently did this in January.

They’ve given people with “non compatible” devices until next year then their devices will be disabled.

You can’t sign up a new device, however.

That’s why neither cricket or att will accept the IMEI as valid, any more.

I’m so bummed. The SpitzV2 was everything I wanted in an LTE router.

Have you tried the methods in the link?
