Sometimes certain Telco sim card not supported by the modem, not sure what is your case, you have to verify it with sim cards from other telco
i am original poster. i have no screenshot, this is on router.
router gets IP address, it will send and receive texts, it will not get data. it will send data, but nothing is sent back.
