Substitute B2200 for TP-Link AX3300

I have a TP-link mesh network consisting of an TP-link AX3300 (AX53) router and TP-link RE190 repeater.
I would like to substitute the B2200 (Velica) for the Ax3300 while keeping a mesh network connection to the RE190 and eliminating the AX3300 entirely.
I have no problems setting up the B2200 for internet access but do not understand how to then connect to the RE190.
Is it possible to do this and to maintain the mesh network?
Any instructions would be great!
Thanks!

Sorry really not sure how the tplink are connected.

But the repeater should be able to set up to connect to other networks easily.
