# Terrible Android APP experience

Really want to get rid of my Surface Pro, prefer to bring a single Samsung Tab tablet only.

But the bad experience with the Android APP made me frustrated...  
Unable to use the mouse wheel; it totally doesn't work.  
Double-clicking is ok but the cursor movement is too laggy and inaccurate.  
Can not use the special key combination like Alt+Tab.

All of those problems don't exist in the Windows Browser, which works like a charm.  
Hope to get the improvement soon.

Have you tried adjusting the scroll wheel speed? Could you provide a video of the issue for us? We tested it on a Samsung Tab S8, and the app works fine on our device.

Well, the scroll wheel works fine after changing the scroll wheel speed. Thank you.

But the relative mouse mode feels very laggy when I am using the cellular.

Also, GLKVM CN's relay server now seems to have a very high packet loss rate (5–20%).  
I remember it used to be fine; this has only started happening recently.

Are you using it in mainland China?
