The power Led does not turn on

We charged our mifi 4G for 12 hours and it does not turn on.I do not understand why.The power LED does not turn on and the battery indicator is at 1%

the battery indicator is 1%? how did you measure the power?

You need to press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until it powers on.

Have you tried swapping out both the charger and cable. I had a similar issue with another device and was shocked to find I had a bad cable.

Yes, it flashes but only one LED.

Can you open the case and check if the product you got have a real battery inside?

Did you buy without battery? Or

Is the battery wire broken?

If there is no battery, only one led will flash and other led will lit up solid.
