All iptable plugins are updated andinstalled, usb tethering is not recognizing custom ttl, please fix this issue.
iptables -t mangle -I POSTROUTING -j TTL --ttl-set 65

ping ttl 65
With 4.5.16
ping ttl is 64
i have corrected the issue by using this post Change outgoing TTL - #122 by fangzekun.
needed to install ipopt in the gui,
also make sure you install iptables-mod-conntrack-extra and iptables-mod-ipopt…in the gui,and check luci as well
