Trying to limit speed on GL-SFT1200: illegal operation error

I have an Opal GL-SFT1200 router which has recently been working better after I started using a better power cord.

However, in the new 4.7.2 interface, I'm not able to limit the speed of 1 of my devices in the way I'd like to.

I list the speed as 100 and 100 for Kbps and after I try to apply that, it gives me an error message: Illegal Operation.

What could be causing this?

I have successfully reproduced it in my local test, we will follow up on it.
